Sales and cancellation/return policies
By checking the box I accept booking conditions at the end of the booking form, before accessing the partial or full payment of it you must agree and accept that:
- The prices indicated per night and number of guests are in compliance.
- You accept the supplements indicated in the form, such as cleaning and/or other.
- These prices include 10% VAT and, if requested, we will send you an invoice with separate VAT.
- The deposit serves for subsequent expenses arising from misuse or damage to the apartment.
- After 10 days of your departure you will be refunded the total of the deposit, or the remaining part discounted the extra expenses, by the same means that they used for your entry (visa card or transfer).
- You can make a 30% payment as deposit to confirm the reservation, or make the full payment. All paid 15 days before the arrival.
- Cancellation of the reservation minimum 15 days before the day of arrival will imply the return of the total paid up to that time.
- Cancellation of the reservation minimum 7 days before will involve the return of 50% of the amount of the reservation and 100% of the deposit and tourist tax.
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days, only the deposit and fees will be refunded, but not the reservation.
- Any refund will be made by the same means and in the name of the same person who made the reservation.
Police data
The Law requires in Barcelona to provide the Mossos or regional police information about ALL people staying in the city. The minimum data required are Name and surname, Identity card or passport number, Nationality, Date of birth, address, email, etc.
As the Data Protection Act clearly states that only necessary data must be requested, please fill the form we will give you with all necessary data. DO NOT SEND PHOTOS OF THE DOCUMENTS, as the information contained therein is much greater than strictly necessary.
Data tourist tax
The owners of tourist apartments are obliged to collect the tourist tax, fill in the form periodically and enter the resulting amounts.
If at any time the authorities so request, we will save the data of the main person, the same in the name of the person who made the booking invoice and the corresponding receip.
