Old but renovated apartment, cozy and comfortable, in front of the Trade Fair. With everything you need. Silent (rear, interior block) and bright (high floor).
It has 60 square meters, a room with double bed, one with two single beds and the third room is small, with a single bed of 180 cms. , preferable for children, but it can also use an older person (22 cms new mattress).
It is prepared for 5 people, but in exceptional cases you could be 6, having a sofa bed in the living room. Consult possibilities and additional cost.
Its situation regarding the Fair, Expo Gran Via 2, Airport, Sants train station (AVE + connection all Spain) and city center, is unbeatable, with direct bus and metro in all directions.
In the neighborhood you will find restaurants, supermarkets and shops, pharmacies, Montjuic park and Joan Miró behind the shopping center Las Arenas as green areas, affordable parking two streets far. Once the reservation is confirmed we will send you details of how to get there and the location of the parking.

We seek to rent the apartment to families and adults, as it is located in a building of neighbors who work and it is not allowed to make noise or parties. IMPORTANT TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS TO AVOID UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATIONS. TOTALLY FORBIDDEN PARTIES, NOISE, MUSIC, DRUNKENNESS.

PRICES & CONDITIONS:
- €150 per night, for 5 guests
- Sixth guest add 40€ per night
- Cleaning included in price (except sweep, wash dishes and throw out garbage
- 200€ deposit to return 7 days later, if everything is correct
- Minimum 31 nights per booking, except special dates
- Advance booking 6 hours (check first if it is for the same day)
- All prices include 10% VAT, except the deposit
REGULATIONS AND EXTRAS:
Tourist tax not included. 9.50€ per adult over 16 years old and per night, max.7 nights, to be paid on arrival in cash. May change without notice, as decreed by the Authorities.
Check-in is from 17:00pm to 21:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. However, if it is possible to combine with previous or later guests to leave at least the luggage, we will try.
We can receive you between 21:00 pm and 01:00 am too, with an additional charge of € 40 to pay on arrival, in cash. Later, the charge will be 100 €. Call ahead to organize.
- Before arriving you will have to provide us with the details of all guests of any age to fill in the police report: ID or passport, document number, name and surname, date of birth, nationality, and some other data they ask now.
- Pets are not allowed, nor smoking in the apartment (it is possible on the balcony).
- Keep the apartment clean and free of garbage during your stay and on the go. Do not leave dirty dishes and pots, please.
- Always lock doors and windows for your safety. Turn off air conditioning and/or stoves if you are not during the day to take care of the environment.
